We started a newsletter in our unit to boost staff morale.
The editor asked me to contribute something funny for the comic section. Apparently, in her eyes I'm the class clown.
I trawled the net for cartoons and brought three for her to choose from: corny, gross-out, and inappropriate. Corny won out. Much to my dismay, this one was rejected:

Picking up the (figurative) pen again.
That writing bug makes my fingers itchy.

This will be much like the old Friendster blog–
Musings on all sorts of subjects,
But less about school this time–
(Since I’ve been reminded I’m “not in college anymore!”)

This is really more like a place to keep in touch and see what I’m up to nowadays …
